
When I joined Pollen in 2021, the company was shifting from live music events (festivals) to bespoke vacation packages & travel experiences (not festivals).
As the Senior Copywriter in the Brand & Creative Studio, I helped concept, create, and launch 20+ experiences (not festivals), each with a full marketing campaign across artist & brand channels. It also helped that I had a talented team of creative geniuses to support me.




Building a brand
As the brand evolved, it needed to do some soul-searching. I helped define the brand for employees, customers, and our partners, developing a brand book with strategic foundations & voice guidelines to bring Pollen to life clearly and consistently.
Behind the scenes, I also built and implemented systems for creative development with cross-functional partners, from landing pages to launch videos to CRM comms.
